Biography

Hellen Louise McKelroy, daughter of Charles McKelroy and Bertie (Johnson) McKelroy, was born on 9 October 1928 at Marlin, Falls County, Texas.^[1][2] She appeared on the census of 4 April 1930 in the home of her parents at Precinct 1, Falls County, Texas.^[3]

She married Robert Ernest Latta on 27 February 1948 at McLennan County, Texas.^[4][2]

She was a bookkeeper at the City Water Works when she and Robert appeared on the census of 3 April 1950 at Waco, McLennan County, Texas.^[5]

Hellen died on 6 January 2009 at Mesquite, Dallas County, Texas and was buried at Rosemound Cemetery, Waco, McLennan County, Texas. Her memorial has photos, a copy of her obituary and links to those of family members.^[2]
