Biography
When James Ross McMillin was born on March 18, 1823, in Westmoreland, Pennsylvania, his father, Thomas, was 40 and his mother, Margaret, was 33. He married Nancy F Depp in 1853 in Pennsylvania. They had nine children in 17 years. He died on July 14, 1893, in Jefferson, Pennsylvania, at the age of 70, and was buried in Frostburg, Pennsylvania.
