Biography

Duncan was born at Scotland, about 1827.^[1]

He married Sarah Graves at Thames, Waikato, New Zealand in 1872.^[2] He worked as a commission agent at the time.^[3][4]

Duncan later became a baker^[5] before he and Sarah worked at Auckland as confectioners.^[6]

Duncan passed away at Auckland in 1898.^[7] He was buried at Purewa Cemetery.^[8][1][9]
