Mrs. John Edwin (Edward) Thompson died at her home near Lake Blaine, Flathead County, Montana .... Wednesday Sept 2nd, of consumption .....re: hemorrhagic smallpox ...... on her certificate of death after a long illness. The funeral services were held at Yeomen Hall nr Fairview Cemetery, yesterday ..... September 4th, 1903 with the interment being at the cemetery in that place. She was 26 years of age and leaves a her husband & four (4) children.^[1]
