MRS. A. SELWOOD.

We regret to have to record the death, at an early hour on Tuesday morning, of Mrs. Selwood, wife of Mr Archibald Selwood, engineer to the Union Flour Mills; Kellerberrin, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. McNicol, of Fremantle. Although a comparative new comer to this community the deceased lady had gained the respect of all with whom she came in contact, and the news of her untimely demise was heard with genuine expressions of regret and sympathy for the bereaved husband and two little infant children.

The remains were interred in the Presbyterian portion of the Fremantle cemetery on Wednesday afternoon, having been conveyed from Kellerberrin by that morning's express for burial there.
