Origin
Silas was born February 27, 1748 at Greenwich, Fairfield County, Connecticut.[1] He is the son of Silas Mead and Mary Mead.[1]
Family
Silas married 10 June, 1790 Sarah Mead, daughter of Deliverance Mead.[1] Silas and Sarah were first cousins.
