Biography
Emma Jane Merefield, [1] daughter of James Merefield and Amelia Merefield, [2] was born in about January 1880 in Compton Abbas, Dorset. [1][2][3] She married Willie George Burt in about February 1903, their marriage was registered in Shaftesbury, Dorset. [4][5] She died on 30 October 1946, her death was registered in Bridgwater, Somerset. [6][7] She was buried in St. Philip and St. James Churchyard, Burtle, Somerset. [8]

On 3 April 1881 in Holcombe Lane, Compton Abbas, Dorset, with her parents James Merefield and Amelia Merefield and her siblings Tom Merefield aged 17, Cordelia Merefield aged 15, Ellen Merefield aged 10, Albert G. Merefield aged 8, Sidney Merefield aged 5 and Charles W. Merefield aged 3. [3][9]
