Nathaniel Merriam (Meriam in record) was born 10 December 1672 in Concord, Middlesex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay to parents John Meriam and Mary Cooper.^[1]

Nathaniel (Miriam in record) and Mary Taylor, "both of Concord" were married Nov 18, 1701 in Concord, by the Reverend Mr. Joseph Estabrook.^[2]

There children were:

1. Mary, born 22 Dec 1702^[3] married Francis Wheeler, of Concord
2. John, born 16 May 1704.^[4]

Date of death: Dec 11, 1738 Burial Bedford, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Dea. Nathaniel made his will Oct 18, 1738, proved Jan 22, 1738-39. He made bequests to his wife Mary, son John, grandsons, John Meriam and Francis Wheeler, and to Deborah Davis, "whom I brought up," and £6 to the Church of Bedford. ^[5]
