Biography
William John Edward was born in 1902 at Jerrys Plains, Singleton the son of Joseph Merrick and Harriett Benge. William died in 1983 in the Cessnock district and was buried at the Cessnock cemetery aged 81 years. He married in 1927 to Harriet DONOHUE sister of Maggie.
