Johann Heinrich August Meyer was born in Barnsen on 28 Dec 1833. His parents were Hans Christoph Meyer and Ilse Cathrine Lühring. Johann Heinrich August and Catharina Maria Schröder (born 18 Jun 1834 in Groß Süstedt, died 31 Aug 1880 in Barnsen) were married in Gerdau on 31 Jan 1858. They had 5 children. Johann Heinrich August died in Holdenstedt on 13 Jun 1884.[1]
