Ethel Mary Miers (married name Roney) was born in 1900 in Brunswick, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Margaretta Frances (Fry) Miers and Rodolph Theophilus Miers.[1]
She married Douglas James Roney on 11 February 1928 in Hawthorn, Victoria.[2] They had three children.[citation needed]
