Thomas Mighill was born on April 2, 1722 in Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts Bay. His parents were Nathaniel Mighill and Priscilla Pearson. [6] [7] [8]

He married Hannah Northend on November 26, 1747. [6]

Thomas Mighill's wife Hannah died Sept. 25,1748 in Rowley. [9]

He married Sarah Northend on November 13, 1750. [6]

Together they had these children: [6]

  1. Hannah Mighill, b. Jan. 18, 1752.
  2. Sarah Mighill, b. Feb. 20, 1754.

He married Rachel Rowe on October 15, 1778. [6] [7]

Together they had these children: [6]

  1. Elizabeth Mighill, Oct. 23, 1779.
  2. Dorothy Mighill, b. Aug. 18, 1781.
  3. Anna Mighill, b. Sept. 29, 1783, d. 1796.[7]
  4. Thomas Mighill, b. July 20, 1786.

He died on August 26, 1807 in Rowley. [6] [7]
