Dolly was born in 1914, daughter of Reuben Miller and Fannie Arnick, They lived on Walnut lane when she was 5[1] with siblings; Esther 13, Ruth 11, Reuben 9, Ethel 7, Frances 4 and Clarence 2.
Her mother passed away when she was 7. No census can be found for 1930. She was baptized in the St David's Episcopal Church on 14 May 1933 with her sister Esther and Malinda Ashworth as Godparents[2].
In 1934 Dolly and James suffered the loss of a baby girl. They then married in New York [3] 10 Nov 1936. They lived in the rear of 152 Dupont street with James father[4] Tootsie(Frances) and Nick 2.
They had one more child Jayne Ann prior to divorcing. About 1950 she married John Brunkel.
