Arnold Moeller
Arnold Norman Moeller, 64, of Urbana, formerly of Grove Township, died at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct 31, 1985, at his home after suffering a lingering illness.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Urbana with Rev. Morris Christmas officiating.
Weaver-Henderson Funeral Home in Urbana was in charge.
Mr. Moeller was born Dec. 27, 1920, in Grove Township, a son of Martin P. and Augusta (Blievernicht) Moeller.
He was a graduateĀ· of the University of Illinois and was U.S.A.I. officer before retiring in 1974, a member of the Agricultural Association and served in the foreign service of the A.S.S.I.U.
He married Mary Lou Martin on Jan. 31, 1947 and she survives.
Also surviving are one son, Martin of Boston, Mass.; one daughter, Mrs. Candace Esch of Edwardsville; three brothers, Earl and Oscar both of Effingham and Rolan of Altamont; three sisters, Alma Moeller of Effingham, Irene Schuette of Joliet and Beulah Ruppert of Nokomis; and one granddaughter.
