- Ruth A. Granger, 91, of Atlanta, Ga., formerly of Kissimmee, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003. Born March 17, 1912, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Charles Moessner and Ida Lane, she moved to Atlanta, Ga., from Kissimmee in 2003. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Kissimmee. Survivors include her sons, Leonard A. Granger, Dixon, Calif.; Charles W. Granger, Waterloo, Iowa; Robert L. Granger, Eldridge, Iowa; daughter, Dottie Schauer, Roswell, Ga.; sister, Lois Leonard, Fort Collins, Colo.; 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard A. Granger. Services will be held Tuesday, May 20, at the chapel of Grissom Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy McNeil of the Bible Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at the Osceola Memory Gardens in Kissimmee. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
