Hannah Matilda "Tillie" was born on the 20 August 1901 in the small Town of Walkaway, near the Town of Greenough, situated in a floodplain (the Greenough Flats), 400 kilometres north of the capital City of Perth, and 24 kilometres south of the coastal Town of Geraldton, Midwest Region, in Western Australia, Australia[1]. She is the daughter of Patrick Francis Moloney and Hannah Matilda Eves.
Hannah passed away on the 5 March 1915, at the age of around 13 years old, in the small Town of Walkaway, near the Greenough River, 37 km (23 mi) southeast of the coastal City of Geraldton, Midwest Region, in Western Australia, Australia. The cause of death was recorded as being Pneumonia[2]. Her burial took place on the 6 March 1915 at the Greenough Cemetery, Old Cemetery Road, in the Town of Greenough, Midwest Region, Western Australia, Australia[3]. The inscription on the headstone reads:--In Loving Memory of Our Dear Daughter LILLIE MOLONEY Who Died 5th March 1915, Aged 13 Years. "A Loved One Sleeping"[4].
