Clinton was born 6 June 1903 at Comanche, Pickens, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory[2], the son of Walter Muncrief and Martha Olivia Clowney. Clinton passed away 28 Aug 1974 at Comanche, Stephens, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Fairlawn Cemetery, Comanche, Stephens County, Oklahoma.[3]
