Biography
Margaret Louisa Wallace Montgomery was born in 1843. 1851 census Blacks Lane, Larne, Samuel Montgomery 32, Jane 29, Margaret 8, (student at Hustons School) Mary 7, Samuel 5, James 4, Jane 1, Cahill 1 month. 1861 4 Gassender St, Glasgow. Samuel 42, Margaret 18, Mary 17, Samuel 15, James 14, Jane 11, Elizabeth 4. 1871 Glasgow. Samuel 52, Elizabeth 14, 1881 43 Muse Lane Glasgow Samuel 62. Margaret and sister Mary arrived in NZ on the 19 April 1863 on the Silstra. She passed away in 1889.
