William was baptised on 4 June 1811 with his brother Henry on 4 June 1811 at St Marylebone, London, England. His birth date is recorded as 17 August 1805, son of Henry and Mary Montresor.[1]
William married Francis Anstey in 1830 at Barrow Gurney, Somerset, England. The marriage was witnessed by H Montresor and M Montresor.[2]
In 1851 he lived with his wife and son at Albion Terrace, Chelsea, Middlesex, England as a fund holder.[3]
