Kenneth Anson Moore was born on 7 July 1908^[1] at Horseheads, Chemung County, New York, USA.^[2] He appeared on the census of 18 April 1910 in the household of his parents, Miles Moore and Mary Della (Woodhouse) Moore, at Horseheads, Chemung County, New York.^[3] He appeared on the census of 12 Feb. 1920 in the household of his parents at Lenox St., Horseheads, Chemung County, New York.^[4]

He married Blanche Alvretta Van Ostrand, daughter of Herbert Van Ostrand and Lulu (Swazey) Van Ostrand, on 20 Nov. 1933 at Elmira, Chemung County, New York.^[2]

He was a plater when he and Blanche appeared on the census of 1 May 1940 at Horseheads, Chemung County, New York.^[5]

He lived in 1970 at Wellsburg, Chemung County, New York. Kenneth died on 25 Jun 1971^[1] at age 62, probably in Chemung County, and was buried at Scotchtown Cemetery, Erin, Chemung County, New York. His memorial has the dates of his birth and death.^[6]
