Biography

Owen was born about 1864. He is the son of Samuel Moore and Nancy McClurg.

Viroquan Dies Here Owen Moore, a farmer residing near Viroqua, died at a local hospital on Sunday evening at 8:30 after a two week illness. Death was due to a cerebral tumor. The diseased will be buried from the home of Mrs. Moore's father, August Holth, 1236 Johnson Street, on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30. Rev. Julius Gamm will officiate and interment will be made in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Besides his wife, Mr. Moore leaves a mother, four children and three brothers. His widow will reside in this city at the home of her parents.
