Mildred Mary Cox (formerly Morison) sued for a divorce from Bertrand Matthew Cox on the ground of desertion. The parties were married on April 13, 1905, at Sydney, according to the Presbyterian rites. Respondent did not appear and his Honor granted petitioner a decree nisi returnable in six months. Mr. Studdert (instructed by Mr. C. J. Passmore) appeared for the petitioner.
