Laura married a widower Barsuma Veness Honey in Ohio around 1847.[2] After her marriage, she lived in Bristol Township, Trumbull County, Ohio.[1]

Sometime around 1858, she and her family moved to the Kansas Territory in Davis County near the Junction City post office.[3]

In 1870, she lived in Elk Township, Cloud County, Kansas.[4] In 1880, she lived in Rawlins County, Kansas.[5]

In 1900, she was a widower and lived on West 1st Street in Starr, Cloud County, Kansas. She lived with her son Jean West.[6]

In 1910, she lived in Challis, Custer County, Idaho with her son Albert.[7]

Laura died in Idaho around 1922. She was buried at Grove City Cemetery in Blackfoot, Bingham County, Idaho.[8]
