Biography
Eliza was born around 1828 in Thorne, Yorkshire, England.
In 1842 she married Stephen Barley.[1][2] At the time of the 1861 census, Stephen was the master of the vessel Jane, crewed by his family.[3] By 1871 they lived on Sluice Lane in Thorne. Stephen was a waterman.[4]
Eliza died in 1878 at the age of 52.[5]
