Biography

Adam Moster was baptized Joannes Adamus Moster on 15 Nov 1821 in Bayern, Germany. His birth date was not given on the baptismal record. He immigrated to the US arriving in Indiana in 1844, even so I have not yet found him on the 1850 census. He married Cresentia Hunt and they raised a family of eleven children. His name is given as Adam George Moster on Find A Grave Memorial# 47644222. I don't where the middle name of George came from because I have not found any indication of this on any record and for this record I'm noting it here but not in the name field of this profile. Unfortunately, the surname of Moster is often misspelled as Master, Mister, Molster, Monster and occasionally Mistro. The only true spelling of this family is Moster.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Adam by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Adam:
