Biography
Harriet Ophelia Moyer was born 12 Mar 1901 in New York, USA. She was the daughter of Emmett Moyer and Maude Ludden.
In 1915, Harriett (14) lived in Cuba, Allegany County. [1]
On 7 Jun 1919, Harriett (18) married Lewis J Emerson (22) in Allegany County. Lewis was the son of Wealthy Messinger and Edgar Emerson. [2]
In 1920, Harriet (19) lived in Hamlin, McKean County, Pennsylvania with her husband Lewis (22). [3]
In 1930, Harriett (28) lived in Wirt, Allegany County, New York with her husband Louis J (33), son E.L., daughter E.L., son G.E., and son J.A. [4]
In 1940, Harriett (38) lived in Bolivar Town, Allegany County with her husband Lewis J (43), son E, daughter E, son George (), son J, daughter A, daughter G, and daughter S. [5]
Her brother Clifford died in 1949. Her mother Maude died in 1956. Her father Emmet died in 1957. Her brother Harold died in 1967. Her brother Alton died in 1976.
In Dec 1976, her husband Lewis (79) died. He was buried in Genesee Cemetery, Genesee, Potter County, Pennsylvania. [6]
Harriet died 24 Jun 1987. Her last place of residence was Wayland, Steuben County. [7] She was buried in Genesee Cemetery. [8]
