Sharon Mullins

Nancy Jane Mullins was born in 1972, the last child of John W. Mullins and Mariah Reed. Her mother Mariah was 42 when Nancy was born. Nancy married Ephraim Elswick when she was only 16 years old. Ephraim was 26 years old. They had 10 children together, including a set of triplets that died at birth. Another son died from tuberculosis at only 19 yrs old. Nancy's death certificate says she died from cervical cancer near the Potter Flats area outside of Elkhorn City, KY.
