Muriel Jay (Murdoch) Gibson was born on 14 Mar 1914 in Central Waterville, Southampton, York, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of William George Murdoch (1869 - 1923) and Minnie Louise (Bartlett) Murdoch (1870 - 1946).
Muriel married Cecil Sanford Gibson (1908 - 1995) on 12 Jun 1935 in Southampton.[1] Their children were:
- Shirley Mae (Gibson) Gormley (1937 - 2019)
- William Stewart (1940 - 2005).
Muriel died on 22 Mar 2000 in Woodstock, Carleton, New Brunswick aged 86.
