Biography

Helen was born in 1827. She was the daughter of Richard Musselwhite and Eleanor Campbell. She passed away after 1910.

Birth: She was born in 1827 in Robeson County, North Carolina. [1]

Marriage: She was married three times and outlived all of her husbands. She first married Daniel Bunyan Meares (1831-1864) on 11 January 1854 in Robeson County, North Carolina. [2] [3] [4]

Children: They had three daughters:

Harriett (Meares) Regan (1856-)
Laura J Meares (1858-aft.1910)
Lucy Delight (Meares) Kinlaw (1859-1929)

Second Marriage: She then married John C. Kinlaw (1835-unk.) on 20 March 1866 in North Carolina, they did not have any children. [5] [6]

Third Marriage: She lastly married Thomas Barker on 12 March 1878 in Robeson, North Carolina. [7] [8]

Helen moved in with her oldest daughter, Harriett, sometime before 1900. [9] [10]

Death: She died sometime after 1910.
