Her 1838 marriage certificate as parents list Stanislaus Nawrot and Julianna Mierzwiak. It is highly likely that her mother's first name is misspelled, in which case she could be a daughter of Stanisław Nawrot and Marianna Mierzwiak, who got married in 1816.
