Descendant of Mayflower passenger John Howland.

John Nelson was born on October 15, 1737 in Plymouth, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay. His parents were Thomas Nelson and Judith Pierce. ^[1]

He married Hope Rounsevell on December 05, 1760 in Middleborough.^[2]
