Julia E. Palmer, widow of Steven B. Palmer, died 4 Apr 1923 in Orange City, FL (Colusia County). She was born 1 Feb 1841 in Chagrin Falls, OH (Cuyahoga County), the daughter of Mr. Newberry and Mary Beldon. She was removed to Mystic, CT 5 Mar 1923. The informant appears to be a Mrs. E.J. [Jarut?] of Port Jarvis, NY.[2] There is a major discrepancy in date of death listed as being in Apr 1923 and her removal listed as being in Mar 1923. Is there other documentation such as an obituary?
