Mrs. Julia H. Garrison
RODDY, Tenn., April 30 - Mrs. Julia H. Garrison, daughter of the Rev. Asa and Elizabeth Newport, aged 68 years, died at her home near Roddy Sunday morning at 7:40 o'clock. She was the widow of the Hon. R. L. Garrison, formerly sheriff and trustee for Rhea County. She is survived by one son and three daughters. A funeral discourse was delivered at the residence Monday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. W. T. West. Interment took place in the Newport cemetery. The pallbearers were R. M. Clack, T. J. Bowles, W. Payne, R. Roose, E. W. Galloway and F. Roddy.
