Biography

Andrew was born on 10 February 1856 in Ezel, Morgan, Kentucky, USA. He was the son of James Kash Nickell and Elizabeth (Howard) Nickell.[1]

In the 1860 census Andrew (age 4) was living in Division 2, Morgan, Kentucky, United States.[2]

In the 1870 census Andrew (age 14) was living in Black Water, Morgan, Kentucky, United States.[3]

In the 1880 census Andrew (age 24) was living in Licking City, Rowan, Kentucky, United States.[4]

When Andrew was 24 he married Gillie Ann Pieratt on 25 November 1880 in Morgan County, Kentucky, USA.[5]

In the 1900 census Andrew (age 44) was living in Magisterial District 2, Morgan, Kentucky.[6]

In the 1910 census Andrew (age 54) was living in Camargo, Montgomery, Kentucky.[7]
