Research Note

The will of William Morgan suggests that Joshua had been married to Veranica (Veronica) Morgan, who was deceased as of 1748 and that she was the mother of George Nickerson, mentioned in Joshua's will, and of Veranica Nickerson, not mentioned. Other children, John and Ruhamah are not named in William Morgan's will and may have been Joshua Nickerson's children by a different marriage.
