Biography

William was born on 4 Feb 1921,^[1] the son of Christian Niess and Elisabeth Kapp. He married Cornelia Wieling on 10 Oct 1954.^[2] They had two children. William died 24 Dec 1985^[3] and was buried at Roseville Public Cemetery District.^[4]
