Biography
James was born in 1858 in Bilston, Staffordshire. When his daughter Elsie Mary died on 28 October 1893 the family were living at Langley Street, Oldbury, Worcestershire. He was living at Farm Road, Oldbury, when his first wife Mary Steventon died in 1896. He passed away in 1914.
