Her father's will recognized her as Lena Mohr, wife of Conrad Mohr.[4] Her mother's maiden name is proved by the surname of her mother's brother, Adam Wayworth. Adam lived with her sister and brother-in-law, as recorded in the 1900 U.S. census.[5]
