Biography
Cathrine Charlotte, daughter of Jakob Nussbaumer and Katharina Charlotte Moser, was born in Moron, Mallaray, Bern, Switzerland on 24 January and christened on 2 February 1834.[1]
Together with her father Jacob and 8 other siblings, she boarded the Samuel M Fox in Le Havre, France and arrived in New York on 23 April 1855.[2]
Catherine married Jonathan Stump in 1856[3], they had 11 children. She died in 1921 at age of 87 years and was buried on Union Center Cemetery in Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana, USA.[4].
