Phoebe (Odell) Merrill was a Latter Day Saint pioneer.
Biography
Phoebe was born about 1788 in New York, the daughter of Jonas Odell and Lucy Milda Weaver.[1]
She married at 15 to Samuel Merrill [2] and bore him 12 children.
Phoebe, Samuel and their grandson, Will, departed on June 17, 1847 from Winter Quarters, Nebraska under the leadership of Edward Hunter Capt. 2nd Hundred. The party arrived in the Salt Lake Valley on Sep 29, 1847.[3][4]
