John O'Conner, son of Dominick O'Conner and Margaret Kearne, was born in 1799 in Ireland, died on 30 May 1870 in Quebec, Canada aged 71, and was buried on 1 Jun 1870 in Paroisse St-Patrice, Quebec, Canada.

It is quite strange that in the 1861 Canada East Census, John O'Conner and all of his children are listed as either 3 or 4 years younger than they actually were based on birth records. The birth dates assumed to be correct are based on birth records.
