I believe another error appears here. 1

3. Oral report from Catherine Houghton, her pa. gma. "Katie" was born in Limerick, Ireland.

However, census records 1871 show her being born in Ontario, and of Irish origin. It could be that her mother, "Tess O'Connor" was born in Limerick. 1

Her son, Ed Murray's WWI personnel file stated his mother died of "lomotive ataxia". 1

"The Weekly Times", Orillia, January 19th, 1905. Listed under "Died":

"KING -- At Waubaushene, on January 1, Kate King, agd 53 years.".

Same issue, under "Waubaushene" January 16th: "Mr. B.King and Miss Maggie King, left on Monday to make an extended visit to relatives at Uptergrove.". 1
