Biography

Mary was born 11 Nov 1900^[1][2] in Loughanure,^[1] County Donegal,^[2] Ireland. She was the daughter of Barney O'Donnell^[1][2] and Mary Sweeney.^[1][2][3]

The census of 31 Mar 1901 records the family in Loughanure: Barney, 34, wife Mary, 28, and their daughter Mary, 4 months old.^[2]

Mary became ill in November 1904 and died in Loughanure fourteen days later on 09 Dec 1904, aged four.^[3] Her mother Mary went to Dungloe on New Year's Eve to register little Mary's death.^[3]
