Biography

• Edmund O'Leary served in the Army Air Corps in WWII, stationed in France. Upon returning from Europe, he was an avid private pilot.
• Edmund was the 4th and last generation of O'Leary's who lived and ranched on Cannibal Island Road. The O'Leary family began clearing land there in 1874.
• Edmund was married to Orel Moriarty Cox twice. The couple married in 1941, then divorced in 1945. They remarried in 1970 and remained together until Orel's death in 1982.
