Oregonian, The (Portland, OR) - Sunday, August 26, 2001: A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2001, in Portland Memorial Funeral Home for Opal Lenora Francis, who died Aug. 24 at age 91. Mrs. Francis was born Opal Lenora Davis on July 20, 1910, in Fairmont, W.Va. She moved to Portland in 1921. She worked for Tri Chem Liquid Embroidery for 30 years until retiring in 1980. She also worked for 40 years for her husband's business, George Treisch Woodworking. In 1929, she married Elmer Oatfield; they divorced, and he died in 1980. In 1945, she married George Treisch; he died in 1979. In 1984, she married Harold Francis; he died in 1987.
