Biography

William was born in 1847. He was the son of Andrew Oliver and Jane Taylor.[1] He passed away in 1913.[2]

By 1870, he was working as a farmer—a profession he continued throughout his life.

In 1872, he married Mary Shaffer.[3] Based on sources, it seems that the couple had four children: Darwin (Darwin might be a middle name that he went by; his first name might have been John),[4] Anna May,[5] Maggie, and Chal.[6]
