- Sara Louise Olsen Sanborn passed away Nov. 30, 1993, at a nursing home in Salt Lake City.
- Born in Murray, Utah, April 24, 1902 to Charles Iver Olsen and Sarah Mary Randall Olsen. She attended Murray Schools and lived whole life in Salt Lake City. She married Clarence Henry "Ray" Sanborn on April 24, 1923 and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1970. She was a member of the LDS Church.Worked as Division Head for Sears Roebuck in ready-to-wear for 14 years. Saleslady at Castleton's, Hadley Bon Marche as co-owner and vice-president until retirement. She has been retired and a widow for 23 years.
- Survived by a son, Daryl R. "Sandy" Sanborn, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; one brother, and two sisters.
- Graveside service will be held Friday, Dec. 3, 1993, 10:30 a.m. at Sunset Gardens, 10600 So. 1700 East. Friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday 9:30-10 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St.
