She migrated to Australia with parents and siblings on the "Persian" in 1852.^[3]

She married on 23 May 1857 Warrnambool, Vic to Thomas Rundle Laity (b Breage ; bapt ‘Thomas’ 7 Jul 1833 Germoe; d 21 Jan 1914 Geelong, Vic.)^[4]

She passed away in Geelong in 1921 and was interred in the Geelong Western Public Cemetery.^[5]
