Biography

Thomas Osborne, son of John Osborne and Edith Harris, was born in Henrico [Chesterfield] County, Virginia in the 1730s and married Frances Friend, dau. of Thomas & Frances (Cox) Friend.[1]

His plantation was on Redwater Creek, Chesterfield Co. VA.[2]

He died in 1781.[3]
