Charlotte was born in February 1806 in Bodiam, Sussex, England. She was the daughter of Thomas Osmond and Mercy (Carley) Osmond.[1]
Charlotte was baptised on 5 March 1806 in Bodiam, Sussex, England.[2]
When Charlotte was 22 she married Edward Payne on 8 September 1828 in Parish Church of Hawkhurst, Hawkhurst, Kent, England. [3]
The couple had one child: Jonathan Payne.
In the 1851 census Charlotte (age 45) was living at Marshall Row, Brighton, Sussex, England.[4]
In the 1861 census Charlotte (age 55) was living at Marshall Row, Brighton, Sussex, England.[5]
In the 1871 census Charlotte (age 65) was living at Marshall Row, Brighton, Sussex, England.[6]
